members or families who don’t enjoy riding the trails. There are hiking trails, mountain biking, canoeing,
kayaking, fishing, volleyball, horseshoes, kite flying. Don’t forget to take time to just relax and look around you.
We have some of the most extraordinary cloud formations here, not to mention beautiful sunsets and plenty of
wildlife to watch. In the winter months there is still plenty to do; hunting, snowmobiling, snow-shoeing and
cross-country skiing are all available right from your cabin door. With a little travel you can enjoy your choice of
local ski areas or even Ice Fishing on Jericho Lake. We are also planning on putting in 20 tent sites and a 4 to 10
unit storage building so that regular trail riders can leave their ATV's and Snowmobiles in a dry secure garage.

40 miles of trails already up and running. When the trails are completed in about 3 to 5
years there will be a 7200 acre lot with miles and miles of trails. Also in the works is the
connection to trail systems in Success, Dummer, Millsfield, Errol and Pittsburg, NH
making this one of the largest trail systems in New England. We have come to realize
that the only lodging was ten or more miles away from the trails, and with that in mind
many of the families coming here to ride are disappointed that they have to travel their
